Please complete a record inspection request form and submit to our office. These request forms can be submitted in person, via fax (859-341-6993), or scanned and sent electronically to the Crestview Hills City Clerk.
The procedure for the record request as well as our response to the request is governed by ordinance which you can read here.
Our response to the request will be communicated to you within three business days of receipt of the request. Copies, if requested and available, can be provided at $0.10 per page and can be paid by cash or check.
