About the Committee
The Recreation and Communications Committee advises on policy regarding recreational activities, special events, open space issues, communications, citizen participation, computer access, and the newsletter.
Some of the more recent events include:
- Summer Concert at the Thomas More University;
- Christmas Dinner at the City Building featuring a catered dinner and a visit with Santa.
A newsletter is published and distributed quarterly to residents and businesses within the City.
